The main floor houses Spinnakers Restaurant. The dedication that Publican Paul Hadfield, management and staff all have toward patrons is reflected in the unique, eclectic ambiance the restaurant encompasses. Overlooking Victoria's scenic inner harbour, families and friends can relax and enjoy creative West Coast fare for lunch or dinner in the restaurant. The lobby bar is full service as well for lunch and dinner. Patio seating is available. Lunch is served from 11am - 4pm and dinner from 4pm - 10:30pm, seven days a week. Reservations are recommended. Only the purest, freshest ingredients are used in Spinnakers recipes from organic local produce, to grain fed Highland beef and Metchosin turkey, Wild Pacific Salmon, fresh Pacific halibut, and free range eggs. Many of the fresh herbs used in the dishes are picked from the guesthouse gardens. Made on the premises, fresh baked desserts and handmade truffles are served for the final touch. Spinnakers own Malt Vinegar is served in the restaurant, brewed from Jamesons Scottish Ale, also used in sauces and marinades. Spinnakers Restaurant is consistently voted Victoria's favourite by Monday Magazine and Newsgroup readers polls.
