Paysan

Paysan

Paysan dining is reminiscent of a family dinner at a French farmhouse, and we have found it very successful for large groups dining in the restaurant. The meal is served on large platters brought to your table. The food is shared around the table and each guest takes what they want. The act of passing the platters becomes a spark for conversation and a chance to meet your neighbors. The flexibility of this style of dining gives us the opportunity to bring the freshest, local ingredients from the farmers and fishermen of Vancouver Island to your table. We have included a sample menu to give you an idea of the possibilities. Our chef would be very happy to tailor it to the needs of your group.
