spinnakers nut brown dry hopped with saaz
a dry hopped nut brown has become a favourite style of beer for us here at spinnakers. the hops really help accentuate the earthy flavours of this beer and push it up to the next level. saaz hops are traditionally used in lighter ales and lagers, so here's to something different!

jameson's scottish ale dry hopped with east kent goldings
this will be a truly interesting cask as a traditional scottish ale doesn't use any hops, as they weren't available in scotland. hence, why we are experimenting today! EKG's have a nice citrusy, sweet, floral aroma. this should blend well with the sweet malty profile of the scottish ale.

blue bridge dry hopped with northern brewers
blue bridge has been one of our biggest hits in the last little while, and while it has a massive alcohol content at 8%, this hop profile will blow your mind. northern brewers are mild with soft citrus aromas, which is really going to build off of what the blue bridge does best. blow your mind!

spinnakers oatmeal stout dry hopped with east kent golding
we are about to brew another batch of our oatmeal stout, so I have been bugging Rob the last few days to let me in on it. a beer that has this much depth is a hard one not to pay attention to. you can really get the sweet oatmeal consistency when you swish it around your mouth. throw in some nice earthly EKG hops, and you're set!

spinnakers nut brown dry hopped with saaz
you might ask why we would make 2 nut browns in a single week, and we would quickly respond why not? this is one of our favourite beers to make, and it pairs so well with the saaz hops. plus the food pairing is one of dustin's favourite menu items...its all a little biased. come try it out and let us know what you think of these Czech saaz hops!

Spinnakers Ale Dry Hopped with Tettnangers Alpha Acid
A classic match of pale ale and a classic "noble" hop. These two were essentially made for each other: pairing on the light flavours of the pale ale and adding a rich and flowery profile. These hops are also now grown in the USA but originated as one of the original hop atrains in Germany.
Best Experianced with our Potato Gnocchi.

Twice in the same week is never a bad sign. It just means it was picked as a favorite, so we've upgraded it to a full cask! A very traditional match for a pale ale, these two will balance very well leaving you with rich flavours and a flowery nose. Have a bite to eat to fully experiance this beer.

SPINNAKERS IPA dry hopped with EKG
Alpha Acid - 4% - 5.5%
Our IPA isn’t insanely hoppy, and it doesn’t need to be. It has such a nice malty flavour that it pairs very well with a subtle hop. Just like the EKG’s we have dry hopped our IPA with today. Forget about in your face beers today and enjoy this great brew that’s meant to be like it’s traditional English inspiration.

MITCHELL’S ESB dry hopped with Northern Brewers Hops
Alpha Acid - 8% - 10%
This beer should be a beautiful twist on a traditional bitter style ale. Dry hopping with a higher alpha acid hop, adds a stronger citrus flavour and a more apparent flower aroma. An ESB is usually known for it’s malt character, so let’s make this one a little more... BC-esque. More hops!
